Two ways in — pick your comfort level
Some buyers want a price and that is it. Others want an engineer to sanity-check the design before they spend on tooling. We support both:
- Get a Quote — full RFQ with drawing and contact; we return alloy, DFM notes and pricing.
- Free DFM Review — just your drawing and email; our engineers return an extrudability read, alloy and a price range within 24h, with no obligation to order. The lowest-friction way to de-risk a new profile.
Either path starts the same conversation with the same engineers. The form below is the quote path; the DFM review is the lighter one.
What makes a strong RFQ
- A CAD/STEP/PDF drawing (3D STEP best)
- Alloy & temper, or "advise"
- Quantity and annual volume
- Finish (anodize Type II/III, powder RAL)

What happens after you submit
1 · Review (≤24h)
An engineer reads the drawing, confirms receipt and asks any missing questions the same working day where possible.
2 · DFM & alloy
We return extrudability notes, an alloy/temper recommendation and a finish and tolerance plan.
3 · Quote
A price range with tooling (if any) separated from per-part cost, plus a lead-time plan.
4 · Sample
On agreement, tooling and first-article; we inspect to the plan before full production.

Is the quote really free?
Yes. The quote and the free DFM review both carry no obligation to order. We return extrudability notes, alloy and a price range; you decide whether to proceed. Your drawing stays confidential and NDA is available on request.
What if I only have a sketch, not a drawing?
Send it. We can propose an extrudable section from a concept sketch and confirm the die approach with you, then refine once you have a CAD/STEP file. A 2D PDF gets a budget number; a 3D STEP gets a proper DFM review.
How is tooling cost shown?
We separate the one-time tooling (if a die is needed) from the per-part price, so you see both. The die is yours for reorders at no extra charge. For low volume we can avoid a die entirely by machining from plate or using skived/bonded construction.
How fast is the reply?
Within 24h on working days. A complete brief (drawing, alloy, quantity, finish) gets the tightest answer; missing items just prompt a quick clarification question first.
