Aluminum parts for LED lighting
LED fixtures need a thermal path, not a decorative channel. We build industrial LED housings and COB heatsinks in extruded aluminum — the structural, heat-moving parts of a fixture, not consumer strip profiles.
What LED fixtures need from aluminum
A fixture's job is to move heat off the chip and hold the optics — that is an extrusion and a finish, not a strip.
An industrial LED housing carries the driver, seats the board and pulls heat away from the LED. Extruded aluminum does both: the profile forms the body and the fins, and the same section holds the lens and gasket. For chip-on-board (COB) modules the heat is concentrated, so a COB LED heatsink with a flat, finned base is the usual answer. We build these to drawing — extruded, machined for the board seat, then anodized for corrosion and a clean look.
We are deliberate about scope. The high-volume consumer search terms for LED are for decorative strip profiles — the aluminum channels behind adhesive tape in ambient lighting. Those are a different business (retail, cut-to-length, color anodize) and we do not compete there. Our LED work is the industrial and architectural fixture side, where thermal performance and structure matter more than strip appearance.

Why not decorative strip profiles
We exclude the consumer strip market on purpose — here is the line.
The biggest LED aluminum search volumes are for decorative strip channels — ambient and accent lighting sold by the metre. That market wants retail packaging, color anodize and fast cut-to-length, which is not how we run a build-to-print extrusion shop. Our LED business is the fixture: a structural, thermally responsible part engineered from a drawing. If you are building the fixture, we are a fit; if you are buying strip by the roll, we are not the right supplier.

Do you supply LED strip profiles?
No. The high-volume LED strip channel market is consumer decorative extrusion sold by the metre, which is outside our build-to-print model. We build the industrial and architectural fixture — housing and COB heatsink — from your drawing. If you need strip by the roll, we are not the right shop.
What LED heatsink do you make?
We make COB and module heatsinks: a flat base that seats the LED, with extruded or skived fins sized to the dissipation. For sealed or slim fixtures we add a heat pipe to a remote fin stack. The thermal path is designed against your module's wattage and layout.
Can you finish the housing?
Yes. We anodize (clear, black, selected dyed) or powder coat to RAL, and we design the extruded section so the finish and the lens groove land where the fixture needs them. Finish is specified against your environment and confirmed on samples.
