IGBT heatsink module
Extruded base + skived fins + CNC mounting, anodized.
Result: −18% thermal resistance vs. the customer's baseline; flatness held to 0.05 mm.
Inverter enclosure
Extruded housing, machined openings, powder coated RAL 7035.
Result: IP54 rated, integrated fin wall doubles as heatsink — one fewer part.
Battery cold plate
FSW-welded aluminum plate, helium-leak tested.
Result: flow uniformity ±5%; passed 100% leak test before shipment.
Automation frame section
Custom non-standard structural profile, CNC machined joints.
Result: stiffer and lighter than the welded T-slot frame it replaced.
LED driver housing
Extruded enclosure with heat-sink fin wall, anodized black.
Result: passive cooling for a sealed outdoor driver, no fan.
Telecom cold plate
Milled channels + FSW close, anodized, pressure tested.
Result: handled high-density server heat with liquid loop.
