What to include in your inquiry
The more specific the brief, the tighter the reply. A good first message covers:
Drawing
CAD/STEP/PDF with key dimensions. A 3D STEP lets us run a real DFM review; a 2D PDF gets a budget number.
Process & alloy
Extrusion, CNC, bending, welding, anodizing, coating — or "advise". Note alloy/temper if known.
Quantity & market
Per-order and annual volume, plus target market and any certification (RoHS, IP rating, ISO 13485).
Tolerances & finish
Critical dims, finish (anodize Type II/III, powder coat RAL), and mounting or thermal target.

What is the fastest way to get a quote?
Use the quote form and attach a drawing. With a STEP/PDF, alloy, quantity and finish we return a DFM review and pricing range, usually within 24h on working days. Email works too, but a form keeps your spec in one place.
Do you reply in English?
Yes. Our engineering and sales replies are in English on working days, with a 24h response target. For calls we schedule around your timezone — Foshan is GMT+8.
Can I send a drawing before committing?
Yes, and we encourage it. Send the drawing for a free DFM review with no obligation to order; we flag risks and cost levers before you tool. NDA is available on request before drawings change hands.
How do you handle confidentiality?
NDA on request; the die is project-specific and never reused for another customer. Your section, tolerances and finishes stay tied to your project and are not listed in any catalog.
