Aluminum parts for industrial automation
Automation cells need frames that are straight, rails that run true and parts held to one tolerance. We build non-standard aluminum sections and machined components for machine builders, robot integrators and line engineers.
What automation needs from aluminum
Stiffness, straightness and repeatability — usually in a custom section, not a catalogue profile.
Machine builders rarely fit a standard catalogue section to a real cell. They need a non-standard structural profile with the right web, the right slot and the right datum — extruded to one straightness and machined to one tolerance. We make that section from your drawing, then complete it: CNC-machined seats, bent or welded brackets, and a finish that survives the floor. The point is one supplier and one quality record, so the frame and the machined part agree.
Note on scope: we build custom automation aluminum, not T-slot framing sold as a kit. If your cell is built from a standard slot system, we are not the source for the kit — but if you have a section that should be extruded to your geometry, we are.
Parts we build for automation
From the frame to the moving part.
Frames & beams
Non-standard structural sections and gantry beams, stiff and straight for the load case.
See structural →Rails & slides
Guide rails and slide bodies with the running surface machined after extrusion.
See specialty →Robot & cobot parts
Mounts, pedestals and end-effector plates built and finished as one part.
Built under one quality system
ISO 9001 process control, with material certs and inspection on the record.
Automation buyers care about repeatability across a run, not just the first part. We run ISO 9001 process control: in-process checks on straightness, wall and machined datum, plus final inspection against your plan. Material certificates (EN 10204 3.1 where required) and a single quality record travel with the shipment, so a cell built this quarter matches one built next year. For floor environments we anodize or powder coat for wear and corrosion resistance.

Questions buyers ask first
Fit and process, answered plainly.
Do you sell T-slot framing kits?
No. We extrude custom non-standard sections to your drawing; we do not stock or sell T-slot framing kits. If your cell is built from a standard slot system, buy the kit elsewhere — but if you have a section that should be extruded to your own geometry and machined to fit, we build it.
How do you hold repeatability across a run?
Under ISO 9001 we control the process, not just inspect the end. Straightness, wall and machined datum are checked in-process, and a single quality record with material certs ships with the order. That is what lets a cell built this quarter match one built later.
Can you machine and finish the part too?
Yes. Extrusion, CNC machining, bending, welding and anodizing or powder coating are run as one project, so the machined seat and the extruded datum are cut from the same drawing and the finish is specified against the alloy we extruded.
