Specialty aluminum profiles
Custom extruded specialty profiles — guide rails, slides, solar frames, LED housings, heat-sink bases and one-off cross-sections built around your assembly rather than a catalogue.
Purpose-built cross-sections
We make specialty aluminum profiles for functions a standard section can't fill: linear-guide rails with integrated raceways, solar panel frames, edge-lit LED profiles, battery-tray rails, conveyor beams and custom trim. Each is designed around your assembly so features are integral — slots, lips, ribs and locating faces extruded in one pass.
The aim is to replace a fabricated or machined assembly with a single extrusion: fewer parts, less joining, better repeatability.
Good fit when
- You have a functional profile, not just a structural one
- Features must be integral (slots, lips, ribs, raceways)
- You want to replace a welded/machined assembly with one part
- Volume justifies a dedicated die
Specialty DFM
- Keep slots and ribs within extrudable proportions — very thin lips need support.
- Avoid undercuts; design features that release straight from the die.
- Balance wall thickness so the section doesn't distort on cooling.
- Plan assembly tolerances with the extrusion tolerance in mind.
Structural profiles
Rails and frames with load-bearing sections.
Enclosures
Specialty trims and housings for equipment.
CNC machining
We cut and drill the profile to length and feature.
Heat sink profiles
Finned specialty sections for thermal parts.
