Tubes and bars to spec
We extrude aluminum tubes and bars to your exact section: round, square, rectangular, oval and bespoke hollow or solid shapes. They ship as finished parts — handrails, equipment frames, heat-exchanger tubes, antenna masts, furniture tubing — or as feedstock for mandrel bending and CNC machining.
Where you would otherwise weld a tube from plate or buy a near-size catalogue tube and machine it down, we can extrude the section closer to net shape — less waste, better consistency, tighter wall control.
Good fit when
- You need a section not stocked in a catalogue
- You want seamless-looking hollow profiles with uniform wall
- The tube will be bent, machined or anodized after
- Tolerances and surface matter more than price-per-kilo
Tube & bar DFM
- Hollow sections need a uniform wall; thicken locally only with a gradual transition.
- Minimum wall depends on alloy and section size — we advise in the DFM review.
- Generous corner radii extend die life and improve surface.
- For bending, avoid very thin walls on tight radii — plan the bend before the die.
Tube bending
