Structural & frame aluminum profiles
Custom structural aluminum profiles and frames built to your drawing — non-standard sections for machine beds, automation frames and enclosures. These are made-to-print parts, not off-the-shelf T-slot.
Custom, not catalog
We make custom aluminum structural profiles to your cross-section: gussets, channels, closed boxes and integrated features that a standard T-slot system can't provide. Where you'd otherwise weld a frame from stock, we can extrude the shape whole — stiffer, lighter, fewer joints.
Typical use: equipment frames, automation bases, guarding structures, linear guides and machine enclosures.
Good fit when
- You have a profile drawing or concept
- Volume justifies a die (or near-net CNC)
- You need stiffness/weight better than welded stock
- Features must be integral, not added
Structural DFM
- Closed sections beat open channels for torsion — design hollow where stiffness matters.
- Keep wall uniform; thicken locally only with gradual transition.
- For low volume, we can CNC near-net shapes instead of tooling.
Machined frames
We drill, tap and mill mounting features after extrusion.
Welded assemblies
Frames joined and squared, then finished.
Enclosures
Structural shells for equipment housings.
