Extrusion is our root capability. Most buyers do not need another supplier for every downstream step — they need one accountable partner who can take a CAD file and return an inspected, finished component.
We are structured around that path. The extrusion press produces the base section; in-house CNC, bending, welding and surface treatment complete it. Your project stays under one engineering contact, one quality system and one shipment. That removes the hand-off gaps where tolerances, finish and lead time usually slip.
The practical difference shows up in three places. Fit: a machined opening in an extruded enclosure is cut to the same drawing that defined the profile, not re-interpreted by a second shop. Finish: anodizing or powder coating is specified against the alloy and geometry we extruded, so adhesion and color are predictable. Lead time: one schedule covers tooling, extrusion, machining and finishing instead of three suppliers negotiating dates.
Before any metal moves, we run a DFM review. We check the section for extrudability — wall thickness, fillet radii, draft, quench and straightness limits — and flag where a small change lowers cost or raises yield. You get that report with the quote, not after the die is cut.

Extrusion
6061 / 6063 / 6082 / 7075 typical. Solid, hollow and semi-hollow sections; profile width to ~350 mm flat (250 mm circumscribed diameter) on our 3600T press, larger via Foshan partner network. Tolerances to EN 755 or your print.
CNC machining
3, 4 and 5-axis milling and turning. Position tolerance ±0.01 mm typical; milled openings, threads and seats cut in the same setup that references the extruded datum.
Bending & forming
Mandrel and non-mandrel tube bending, R/D ≥ 1.5 typical, with wall-thinning and ovality controlled for pressure and fit.
Welding & assembly
TIG, MIG and friction-stir welding with 4043 / 5356 / 5183 filler; leak and strength testing for plates and frames.
Anodizing
Type II (5–25 µm) and Type III (25–60 µm) sulfuric anodize; dyed or natural, with sealing for corrosion resistance.
Powder coating
60–100 µm film, RAL and custom colors, with pretreatment and salt-spray validation for outdoor and enclosures.
Capability figures are conventional in-house ranges (presses 600–3600T). Final alloy, tolerance and finish are confirmed against your drawing and press before tooling.

What does "build-to-print" mean for aluminum parts?
You supply the CAD drawing, STEP or PDF; we produce the finished component — extrusion plus any machining, bending, welding and finishing — as one project under one quality record. You are not managing separate extruder, machinist and coater shops. The benefit is fit and finish consistency: a machined opening is cut to the same datum that defined the profile, and the anodize is specified against the alloy we extruded. Typical engagement starts with a DFM review returned with the quote.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our standard MOQ is 500 kg per profile, which covers die amortization for extrusion runs. Lower-volume work is possible for CNC-machined or finished parts that do not require a new die — confirm against your quantity and geometry. For prototype and bridge volumes we discuss machining from stock or a soft tool before committing to hard tooling.
How long does a new extrusion die and first sample take?
A typical new die plus first extruded samples runs about 2–4 weeks, depending on die complexity and press load. Adding CNC, bending, welding and anodizing extends the schedule; we return a dated plan with the quote. If you need parts faster, ask about machining from existing stock or a modified standard section.
Do you sign an NDA and protect our drawings?
Yes. An NDA is available on request before drawings are shared, and customer files are used only for your project — never reused or offered to third parties.
